Donations are always useful and greatly appreciated. If you wish, you can specify a particular project, choose an item from the list below, or simply make a contribution. What distinguishes the Kangchenjunga School Project from most other organizations is that KSP is run entirely by volunteers. Thus, every $ donated is spent entirely on implementing the projects and is not consumed by administration costs. KSP is a registered charity and donations are tax deductable.

Suggested donations include:

• $25 - Plant a high altitude tree, such as a hemlock, fir, or spruce
• $50 - Provide science learning materials for secondary school students
• $50 - Buy reading & math materials for primary and lower secondary school students
• $200 - Purchase a water heater or a fuel efficient wood-burning stove to heat school class rooms
• $100 / yr - Provide an all-purpose student stripend. This helps off set the loss of the childs contribution to the family income when attending claasess regularly.
• $250 / yr - Girls-boarding school living costs
• $550 / yr - Provide a salary for a health-care worker.
• $550 / yr - Maternal-child health care worker
• $1,000 - Plant a rhododendron forest
